We the Tibetan people and our supporters from around the world, urge China to immediately begin genuine dialogue with the Tibetan leadership. The situation inside Tibet is very grave and continues to deteriorate. A mutually satisfactory solution is urgently needed to resolve this problem. As China begins to take on greater international role in the 21st Century, it's time for the leadership in Beijing to demonstrate moral responsibility to earn true global respect.
